Welcome to JBTrack. This Privacy Policy explains how Novyx Software LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information when you use our JBTrack service (the "Service").

By using JBTrack, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

• Account Information: Name, email address, company name, phone number
• Payment Information: Billing address, payment card details (processed securely through third-party payment processors)
• Business Data: Tasks, projects, time entries, client information, signatures, photos, and other content you upload to the Service
• QuickBooks Data: If you connect QuickBooks, we access and sync customer lists, time activities, and related data as authorized by you

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, time spent on pages
• Crash Reports and Diagnostics: When the Service encounters an error, we collect crash logs and diagnostic information (including device model, operating system version, device identifiers, and IP address) through our error-monitoring provider, Sentry, to detect and fix technical issues
• Location Data: GPS coordinates and location information when using our mobile apps, only while the app is in use and only with your permission. We do not collect location in the background.
• Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies to track activity and hold certain information

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for:

• Providing, maintaining, and improving the Service
• Processing transactions and sending related information
• Sending administrative information, updates, security alerts, and support messages
• Responding to your comments, questions, and customer service requests
• Monitoring and analyzing usage trends and activities
• Detecting, preventing, and addressing technical issues and fraudulent activity
• Integrating with QuickBooks and other third-party services you authorize

• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who process data on our behalf to operate the Service:
  • Google Firebase (Google LLC) — application hosting, database, authentication, and push notifications
  • Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager (Google LLC) — website usage analytics
  • Stripe, Inc. — payment processing. Your payment card details are transmitted directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers
  • Sentry (Functional Software, Inc.) — error monitoring and crash reporting
  • Intuit Inc. (QuickBooks) — accounting data synchronization, only when you authorize the connection
• Business Transfers: In connection with any merger, sale, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights and safety

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by following the instructions at jbtrack.com/delete-account. Verified deletion requests are completed within 30 days. We retain billing and transaction records as required by law after account deletion.

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information:

Our Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
